We maintain a meticulous hiring process to ensure we onboard only the best talent. Our VAs come with years of experience in call centers and remote work, boasting strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Who oversees the VA?

You'll be responsible for onboarding, training, managing, and collaborating with them, much like you would with any internal team member, as this is a direct hire. Additionally, you'll handle administrative tasks such as payroll and benefits for your VA.

Do you offer a refund or replacement if the VA underperforms or goes missing?

We offer a 2-month guarantee in such cases. We'll assist you in finding a replacement, following the same process at no extra charge. Please be aware that the one-time fee is non-refundable.

Are the positions focused on specific tasks or roles?

Our VAs are directly hired to fulfill specific roles within your organization, ensuring a seamless integration into your team and a long-term commitment to your business needs.

What are your pricing and payment terms?

We operate as a headhunting agency, with a one-time outsourcing fee of $2500, significantly lower than other outsourcing agencies. Payment entails a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon securing your ideal VA. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

How does my VA receive payment?

Your VA is hired directly, allowing you to pay them directly through their preferred method, be it Wise, Paypal, or Bank Account, as agreed upon between you and your VA. We do not deduct any portion of your VA's salary.

How often should I pay my VA?

While most of our VAs prefer weekly payouts, you have the flexibility to arrange bi-weekly or monthly payments based on the terms agreed upon between you and your VA.

Can I request my VA to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Certainly, your VA can sign a company NDA. Additionally, they sign a contract with VAVA, ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.

What equipment does my VA use?

All our VAs are equipped for remote work. We ensure they have their own laptop or PC, reliable main and backup internet connections, and a backup power source for instances of power outages.
